What You Can Expect In This Course
In this course you will:
Film a series of self-assessments and send the videos to me to evaluate your specific movement quality issues that may be contributing to back pain
Learn about what posture and muscle imbalances contribute to back pain and and how to make change within your own body
Practice movement techniques designed to release tension and build functional strength, with a focus on your issues
Receive your personal assessment and workout plan during a 30 minute virtual 1:1 coaching session with me
For 6 weeks - work out at least 3 times a week at home using the plan that we develop for you and a handful of affordable props like an inflatable ball, foam roller, and flex band
Join my weekly livestream Pilates class dedicated to racquet sport conditioning (counts as one of the three home workouts per week!)
By the end of this course you will be moving better, experience less back pain, and have more confidence on the court!
After the course ends, you'll have access to all of the course materials and the 6 weekly livestream workouts for a lifetime. Optionally, you can book additional private workout or coaching sessions with me, or join my livestream membership to maintain access to weekly classes.
