Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or simply prefer a slower pace, this class is all about building a strong foundation. We’ll focus on proper form and movement techniques while exploring classic exercises on the reformer, tower, and chair. Don’t be fooled by the fundamentals—you’ll still get a great workout while moving in a way that feels safe, supportive, and confidence-building. Along the way, you’ll improve core strength, posture, flexibility, and balance—benefits that will carry into everything you do outside the studio.
