This is an event series

A 50 minute one on one session using a variety of Pilates apparatus. We will focus on your particular goals and move through a challenging full-body workout that will improve toning, flexibility, spinal movement, posture and more. The level of difficulty will be entirely based on where you currently are in your movement potential so that we can take the next step together towards improving how you feel in your body.
